Riobel Equinox Shower Kits: Modern Geometry for Your Shower
The Riobel Equinox collection is built on crisp right angles, which give the shower a clean, architectural look that suits modern bathrooms. Each Equinox shower kit pairs a thermostatic and pressure balance valve trim with a shower head, hand shower and matching fittings, so you get a coordinated system in one order.
At Bliss Bath and Kitchen, we offer every Equinox shower kit, either trim only or complete with the rough-in valve, and we usually keep the popular TKIT323EQ and TKIT1345EQ in stock. Explore more from Riobel, with shipping across Canada and the USA.
Trim Only or Complete Kit: Which Do You Need?
Every Riobel shower valve has two parts. The rough-in valve is installed inside the wall, and the trim is everything you see and touch: the handle, plate, shower head and hand shower. Riobel’s model numbers tell you which one you’re buying:
- TKIT (trim only): for when a compatible Riobel rough-in valve is already in the wall, for example when you’re replacing an existing Riobel trim or your plumber has already installed the valve.
- KIT (complete): includes the rough-in valve. This is the right choice for new builds and full renovations.
Not sure what’s behind your wall? Our team can help you confirm before you order. For more installation tips, read Common Shower Kit Installation Mistakes and How to Avoid Them.

What’s Included in Each Equinox Shower Kit
The Equinox kits use a Riobel Type T/P valve, which combines thermostatic temperature control with pressure balance protection. You set the temperature once, and it stays steady even when someone flushes a toilet or runs a tap elsewhere in the house. The EQ54 uses a pressure balance valve.

Which Equinox Shower Kit Is Right for You?
- Walk-in shower with a rain head and hand shower: the 323EQ. It’s our most popular Equinox kit, and you can run the shower head, the hand shower, or both at once.
- Tub and shower combination: the 1345EQ adds a matching tub spout and a third function.
- Tub with a hand shower only: the 1244EQ skips the overhead shower head.
- Rain and cascade shower: the 2745EQ pairs a rain and cascade shower head with a hand shower.
- Spa-style shower with body jets: the 3545EQ adds two body jets, and the 446EQ adds four on a larger 3/4″ valve.
- Simple, budget-friendly shower: the EQ54 pressure balance shower.

Riobel Equinox Shower Valve Trims
Building a custom shower, or replacing only the trim? Equinox valve trims are also sold on their own. Riobel recently updated its Equinox trims, and the current models carry an “N” suffix. For example, the TEQ23 is now the TEQ23N. Models starting with “T” are trims, and the matching rough-in valve is sold separately. Our team can confirm which rough-in fits your trim.
